Bulgaria has the highest number of orphaned and abandoned children in Europe.

There is practically no state provision for the young people when they leave state care at age 18.

Inevitably they end up in a life of crime & prostitution resulting in the next generation of children being abandoned.

The House Of Rachel Project exists to equip the young people with the skills to improve their lives and break this cycle
